Our large Swiss shopping platform only works as long as the information and opening hours are up-to-date. It is therefore important to us to provide our visitors with the most accurate and correct results and information possible. To ensure that our platform is up to date, we follow a multi-level approach, which we are happy to explain in the following in an understandable and transparent way.

Information ages, that’s clear to us. We counter this with our multi-stage plan so that customers don’t end up facing closed doors. We divide the entries into the following categories:

With our simple and fast 1-click confirmation, store operators can efficiently confirm that the information provided to us is up-to-date. To make this happen, we have developed a simple and efficient process that makes it as easy as possible for providers to confirm the information.

Automatic information retrieval via API interface
Our preferred way of obtaining information is the use of application programming interfaces (API’s). However, this requires that the provider provides us with such an interface through which we can obtain the information automatically.
